Internet Service Provider Timico is Highly Com- mended in ITSPA Awards for Best Business ITSP (Large Enterprise)
Newark, UK – March 9th, 2011 – At Monday night’s ITSPA Awards top B2B ISP Timico received the Highly Commended award for Best ITSP (Large Enterprise). In 2008 Timico won the best Unified Communications ITSP award but last night was a particular mile- stone for Timico as it has been working hard to grow its proposition in the enterprise space.
Most ITSPs in the UK sell mainly to small and medium sized businesses. Timico is able to play in a bigger market because unlike many of its competitors the company is a sub- stantial ISP in its own right. As an established MPLS networking business, Timico is well positioned to service the requirements of larger customers. Complementing Timico’s own infrastructure, the Genband A2 VoIP platform can be added as the voice element of a complete network solution. The Genband platform also won an ITSPA award this year for best VoIP infrastructure.
