Summer Camp Registration Form Each camp is for 4 weeks with the exception of Strengthening Camp (8 weeks). There are two sessions. Please choose your session and camp below.

Written Expressions Tuesday and Thursday 3:00pm – 5:00pm $375.00 ______“I can’t think of what to write!”, “I can’t finish on time!” Do you hear these words from your child? Does your child get anxious and frustrated when it is time to write? Written Expression uses Focus 2 Learn, idea building games and graphic organizers to break through writer’s block and increase writing speed. Led by an occupational therapist and educator, you will see your child’s writing reach new heights. For 2nd – 5th Grade Students.

Study Skills Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am – 12:30pm $300.00 ______Does your child know how to efficiently prepare for a test? Do they understand how to make an outline of a textbook reading? How well do they manage large projects? If any of these areas are a concern for your child, this is the perfect group for them. We will learn how to highlight without turning the entire page bright yellow, how to pull out the important vocabulary and even make flashcards for test prep. We will also to find the essential information when reading instead of trying to remember every detail. For those with difficulty managing projects, we’ll discover how to plan long term and short term goals to break the project into manageable tasks instead of an overwhelming mass. For 5th – 8th Grade Students.

Writing Mechanics Mania Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am – 10:00am $250.00 or $450.00 with Spelling Bee ______Capitals, question marks, exclamation points, commas, periods, indentions…We’ll make sense of all this and more in our Mechanics Mania writing group. This group is designed for those students who have a good grasp of the first steps in the writing process, where ideas are generated, but still need work with the details. We’ll explore new sentence structures, and put some polish on our written creations through the revision and editing steps in the writing process. For 2nd – 5th Grade Students.

Spelling Bee Tuesday and Thursday 10:00am – 11:00am $250.00 or $450.00 with Writing Mania ______We’ll be buzzing through the spelling rules with this group! We will focus on developing the ability to hear all the sounds in a word, but also spell based on what a word looks like which is what make a good speller. Your child will also be “Spellercizing” as we incorporate movement and rhythm into our quest to become better spellers. For 2nd – 5th Grade Students.

Ready to Write Monday and Wednesday 9:00am – 10:30am $375.00 ______Letter formation! Writing Words! Writing Sentences! Come and “play” with your friends with sand, shaving cream, wikki stix, geoboards and much more as you develop proper pencil grasp, master proper letter formation, play idea building games, write words and develop creative sentences. For K – 1st Grade Students.

Get Ready, Get Set, Kindergarten! Monday and Wednesday 11:00am – 12:30pm $375.00 ______Fine motor fun, letter recognition, capital letter and number formation, phonics, eye-hand coordination, gross motor coordination, sequencing, following directions, transitions and more will be strengthened with fun activities and group games. Come ready to play and get ready for the big K. For Pre-K Students.

Summer Strengthening Camp Tuesday (8 Weeks) 2:15pm – 3:45 pm $200 ______The strengthen camp is designed to help children improve their upper body strength, cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, motor planning, and bilateral coordination (use of the two sides of the body together). The camp will work on balance, agility, self-esteem, and confidence. Goals will be accomplished through use of exercise balls, grip masters, resistive bands, relays, competitions, and group games. For Students 2nd and Up.

Submit your registration form along with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your child’s space. This deposit will be applied toward your tuition.
