Products 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 9a, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 23a, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42: MANUAL IND must be set to Y by the Co-Provider if the REMARKS field contains information that must be processed manually by the CenturyLink Service Center or if any other rule indicates the MANUAL IND should be set to 'Y'.

Products 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 9a, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 23a, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42: MANUAL IND must be set to Y by the Co-Provider if the REMARKS field contains information that must be processed manually by the CenturyLink Service Center or if any other rule indicates the MANUAL IND should be set to 'Y'.

Product 4, 7, 41, 42: If MANUAL IND is Y then the appointment scheduler will be overridden. ACT=V, CLEC to CLEC conversion, Manual Indicator set to Y is required.

Product 5: When Manual Ind is set to Y, the DL Form may not be provided. PS 17 TNS NBR Change From: Product 25: Dashes are required in positions 4 & 8.

If TLI is not populated, TN is required. If TLI is populated, TN is optional. If the line activity is new line (LNA='N') or change TN (LNA='X') and a Co- Provider attempts the Pre-Order TN functionality, the placeholders are acceptable unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group.

For other line activities, the TN must already exist unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group. If TN reserved in pre-order, then an LSR without fatal errors must be received within a pre-determined time frame (e.g.,30 calendar days) or the TN is returned and the LSR is rejected. If ACT=D and transfer of calls requires a USOC (i.e. TC OPT=S or T on EU), a Port Service form is required, and TN must be populated unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group.

For Suspend/Restore - Required If LNA = L unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group, otherwise optional.

Product 25: Dashes are required in positions 4 & 8.

If TLI is not populated, TN is required. If TLI is populated, TN is optional. If the line activity is new line (LNA='N') or change TN (LNA='X') and a Co- Provider attempts the Pre-Order TN functionality, the placeholders are acceptable unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group. For Information Only: For certain conversion or change activities when OTN is populated, the TNS field represents the new number and it must not exist on the current customer account. For other line activities, the TN must already exist unless TLI is populated for Multi-Line Hunt Group. If TN reserved in pre-order, then an LSR without fatal errors must be received within a pre-determined time
