Deliverable 1: A 15-minute video clip, which should include: A jingle/blurb shot of MSH/SPS, 5 interview highlights with 5 stakeholder/beneficiaries with English subscript 3 interview highlights with 3 SPS project staff and with English subscript An end roll of MSH/SPS. The vendor should study the example clips provided by the project. The vendor will roll a 15-minute interview with each of the interviewees and edit them in 15 minutes. The interviews will be administered by the SPS staff. Interviews may require Service 5 business days at most depending on availability of 1 the interviewees.
