Indoor Open Tournament Saturday 24th / Sunday 25th March 2012 Wicken Archery Club is pleased to present their 2012 Indoor Open Tournament. This is our seventh Stafford tournament to take place at The Hazeley School, Milton Keynes.

In order to minimize the chances of arrow damage we have sourced small faces showing the six to ten rings only. Each boss will have either four half sized faces each with one archer or one full sized face with 4 archers.

Senior Compound archers will be allocated to the smaller faces unless they specifically request otherwise. All Recurve and Junior Compound archers may request to shoot on the smaller faces.

We will run 3 sessions, Saturday pm, Sunday am and pm. Doors open 9:00am Sunday. Overall awards will be presented on Sunday. Entries will be accepted strictly in order of receipt. If the entry list is full we will operate a reserve list system. Should a space become available these will be allocated to reserves in the order that their paid entry was received. The target list will be posted on the NCAS website on or before Thursday 22nd March. Reserves may attend the start of each session in case of last minute “no- shows” but there is no guarantee they will be able to shoot. Only named archers may shoot, club entries will not be accepted. Please do not substitute archers after submitting your entry as the reserve list will get absolute priority. When the reserve list is clear substitution will be permitted via the organisers only. You are asked to take particular note of items 1 and 2 in the conditions of entry; this is a fantastic venue and the school has been extremely good to us. We would like to continue to use it for many years to come. Light refreshments (Tea, Coffee, Squash, and Biscuits etc) will be available throughout the day. WickenArcheryClub
