Location and Arrival information.

Thank you for booking our holiday Accommodation.

The cottage will be ready for you to arrive any time after 4pm. Key:

Key Collection.

All the cottages have a key safe at the main entrance door. The key code combination will be provided in your confirmation e-mail. On arrival you will find the key safe near the main front door to the cottage. Slide down the black weather protector cover. Here you will find the 4 rotating numbers. Insert the 4 digit key code by rotating the numbers up or down. Once you have the correct code slide down the switch to the left side of the numbers with you left hand finger and hold. With your right hand finger pull the door to open. Remove the keys to your cottage. Close the door to the key safe and slide the weather protector cover back up. On departure place the keys in the keys safe push the door closed till you hear the click and change the numbers to any random combination to lock and secure the keys. Please don’t change the preset combination. Your required key code will be in the e-mail confirmation. If for any reason you are missing this code please call the numbers above.

Laundry Room.

The Laundry room is open daily from 10am to 8pm during the summer months and 10am to 4pm during the winter. Except on changeover days. Please don’t use the Laundry Room outside these times so not to disturb other guests. Within the cottage you will find the key to the Laundry Room please lock after use. To use the washing machine please place £2.50 in the slot and select the required cycle. The drier is done on honesty charged 50p per 15 minutes. Also inside the Laundry Room you will find Coal and Firelighters along with some basic items that you may have forgotten. There is also a tourist information rack with lots of local attractions. You will also find many of the latest films on DVD charged at £2.00 overnight per rental. Please place all money in the till. Car Parking.

Please don’t park your car in the main courtyard. Once you have unloaded please drive round to the main car park (No: 11) in the corner of the car park there are some steps to the front of the cottages.

Location & Directions.

Directions to Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages. From Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

From Ashbourne take the A515 signposted towards Buxton. Continue on this road for about 5 1/2 miles and turn left signposted for Alstonefield. (Just before the New Inns) After about 2 miles you will come to the village of Alstonefield. Follow this road around to the right which leads out of Alstonefield towards Hulme End. Continue for approximately 2 1/2 miles and the entrance to Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages will be found on the left immediately after the signpost on the right towards Hartington and Sheen. Continue down our tree lined private drive for some 400 meters and as the drive forks turn left towards the main courtyard.

From Buxton take the A515 signposted towards Ashbourne Approximately 10 miles on your right take the B5054 towards Hartington. Go through the Village staying on the B5054 after a further 2 miles turn at the Manifold Inn left towards Alstonefield. Continue for approximately 1 Mile and the entrance to Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages. Will be found on your right. Continue down our tree lined private drive for some 400 meters and as the drive forks turn left towards the main courtyard.

From Leek take the A52 to Ashbourne for approximately 5 miles. At the crossroads turn left onto the B5053 towards Warslow. After the village of Warslow turn right on to the B5054 towards Hartington. After about 1 Mile turn right at the Manifold Inn towards Alstonefield. Continue for approximately 1 Mile and the entrance to Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages. Will be found on your right. Continue down our tree lined private drive for some 400 meters and as the drive forks turn left towards the main courtyard.

Paddock House Farm Holiday Cottages is approximately 1.5 Miles north of Alstonefield on the Alstonefield to Hulme End Road. Satellite Navigation systems and online route planners via the post code DE6 2FT.

Please note the post code area is large and online route planners and Satellite Navigation systems will take you to the center of the post code area. This is approximately 1/2 mile away. When leaving Alstonefield heading for Hulme End after about 1 mile they will tell you to turn left and you will have reached DE6 2FT. Please ignore the left turn and continue towards Hulme End after another 1/2 mile you will see our signs on the left

If you are a group renting more than one cottage please tell the whole group not to take items from one cottage to another. This can result in missing items for the next visitor.

If I am not available all the contact details and telephone numbers can be found on the door sign. Please note any problems relating to the Holiday Cottage can’t be rectified after you have departed the cottage.
