He was a member of New 33 Spring Church of Greenwood, and he was an avid bow hunter and 34 fisherman, as well as a member of the South Carolina Youth 35 Bowling League; and 36 37 Whereas, the Tye Baldwin Memorial Fund has been established to 38 honor the staff in the pediatric cancer ward of the University 39 Health Care System in Augusta, Georgia, and Camp Rainbow near 40 Augusta for cancer patients; and 41

[4587] 2 1 Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of 2 Representatives are grateful for the life of Tye Baldwin and for the 3 example of kindness he set for all who knew him. Now, therefore, 4 5 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 6 7 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 8 by this resolution, express their profound sorrow, upon the passing 9 of James McTyeire “Tye” Baldwin of Greenwood County, and 10 extend their deepest sympathy to his large and loving family and 11 his many friends. 12 13 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to 14 the family of James McTyeire “Tye” Baldwin. 15 XX 16
