City of Philadelphia VW Settlement – Stakeholder Information Request

The City of Philadelphia is reaching out to internal and external stakeholders interested in participating in a coordinated project proposal for funding from the VW Mitigation Trust.

If yes, please describe:

**Eligible Mitigation Trust projects include: 1-Class 8 local freight trucks and port drayage trucks; 2-Class 4-8 school/shuttle/transitbuses; 3-Freight switcher locomotives; 4-Ferries/tugboats; 5-Ocean going vessels shorepower; 6-Class 4-7 local trucks; 7-Airport ground support equipment; 8-Forklifts and cargo handling equipment at ports; 9- Light duty ZEV supply equipment (up to 15% of allocation); and 10-Activities otherwise eligible for DERA funding.

(5) Are you also interested in zero emissions vehicle (ZEV) projects? ☐ Yes ☐ No

**ZEV projects may include: Installing electric vehicle charging infrastructure (L2 or DC Fast Chargers (50 to 150+ kW) and outreach and education to raise awareness of ZEV benefits/availability.
