NEAG Networking

To whom it may concern,

As an experienced Information Technology Project Administrator with 25 years of services in an academia setting, I possess integrity, excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking and analytical skills. I am confident I would be a positive addition to your Project Management Division because of these proven leadership qualities, willingness to learn and adapt to changes in process improvement set forth by your organization.

I believe my years of experience coupled with my knowledge of project management would allow me to step right in and contribute to the growth and continued development of your corporation. I would do so by ensuring current policies and procedures are enforced; while cultivating an environment of teamwork that is advantageous to achieving customer satisfaction within your organization.

Over the course of my employment with Yale University, traveling to various worksites was a huge component of my daily responsibilities. This would allow me an opportunity to meet with customers, access their needs and allowed me to evaluate the ongoing progress of each project. I was also responsible for gathering data to secure estimates, proposals, negotiate bids and develop a projected budget along with an anticipated timeline of project completion. In addition to weekly site visits, creating budget calculations and preparing weekly reports outlining the phase of each projects progress was extremely important to communicate with all department managers. It was imperative to report those projects that were on target for meeting the anticipated completion date as well as those that required any deviation from the proposed completion date. I would include my observations along with proposed suggestions regarding what changes we could make to ensure the timeline was met with the primary focus being on completing the project within the cost of the allocated budget.

I have enclosed a copy of my resume for your review and look forward to speaking with you to explore how my talent, professionalism, and enthusiasm can add value to the core of your organization. Thank you for your consideration.

Best regards,

Anthony F. X. Antunes Anthony F. X. Antunes
