Surface burning characteristics, as determined by ASTM E 84, shall be flame spread of 25 or less and smoke development of 450 or less. 2.C.1.b. Impact Strength: Provide materials that have been tested in accordance with the applicable provisions of ASTM D 256, Impact Resistance of Plastics. 2.C.1.c. Chemical and Stain Resistance: Provide material that shows resistance to stain when tested in accordance with applicable provisions of ASTM D 543. 2.C.1.d. Fungal and Bacterial Resistance: Provide material that does not support fungal or bacterial growth as tested in accordance with ASTM G 21 and ASTM G 22. 2.C.2. 2.3 PROTECTIVE WALL BASE

3.A. High Impact Wall Base: As manufactured by Inpro; 4 inches (102 mm) height x 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) depth, with continuous aluminum retainer. 3.A.1. Vinyl snap on cover, .080 inch (2 mm) thick, continuous aluminum retainer of .060 inch (1.5 mm) thickness fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminum, mill finish. 3.A.2. End caps, outside corners and inside corners shall be made of injection molded thermoplastics.

2.4 PROTECTIVE WALL COVERING

4.A. Protective Wall Covering: IPC rigid poly vinyl chloride sheet as manufactured by Inpro. 4.A.1. Texture: Velvet-Textured. 4.A.2. Surface Burning Characteristics: Provide UL Classified IPC Rigid Vinyl Sheet conforming with the NFPA Class A fire rating. Surface burning characteristics as determined by UL 723 (ASTM E 84), for IPC Rigid Vinyl Sheet installed with 3M Fastbond 30, Inpro Bond Adhesive, or Formulated Solutions, LLC XT- 2000+ inch Adhesive shall be a maximum flame spread of 20 and a maximum smoke developed of 350 for .060 inch (1.5 mm) thick material.
