Upon acceptance of application, you will be contacted and arrangements will be made for a mutually agreeable time and date for the evaluation/critique. A 50% deposit is payable when date is set.

Costs and terms:  Evaluation/Critique $150.00  50% deposit required upon reservation of date, with balance due day of test  Payments may be made by personal check to Jack Shuler, or by PayPal to [email protected]  No refunds of deposits will be made for missed appointments Equipment needed  Harness, trailing lead, 6’ leash, chain or flat collar, water (dog and self), dog water dish  Clothing appropriate for weather & work in all venues, hiking, combat boots or other footwear suitable for all terrains and conditions that may be encountered  If you keep training records, bring them with you for examination Overnight lodging  If you need overnight lodging, we have an arrangement with the Salem Super 8 Motel for a special rate for our clients. You must state that you are training with Jack Shuler to receive the special rate.  RV camping is available at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Salem, or at Stephen Forbes State Park 17 miles NE of Salem Transportation  Client will be responsible for their own transportation to and from my location, and between all testing venues
