14. description of amendment/modification (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.) The purpose of this contract change order is to reduce the operating hours for the Operations Support Center (OSC) and Orbital Information Group (OIG), delete the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly Lab and Integrated Mission Design Center (IMDC), and to delete the Networks Technology Training Facility (NTTF) and Wallops Instrumentation Engineering Lab from the contract. The estimated credit for this change order is $9 million dollars. The contractor shall submit a proposal in response to this modification within 30 days of the effective date of this change order. See following page for details.
