NCFOA – Overtime Quiz

1) For the Bell Game, South San Francisco vs. El Camino, there is no overtime since these schools are in different divisions within the PAL. (T/F) 2) When the score is tied at the end of the 4th period, the referee will instruct both teams to their respective team boxes. There will be a 3 minute intermission where each team can confer with their head coach. A21 recovers behind the NZ at B’s 13 and (a) is downed at B’s 13 or (b) advances to B’s 3. Status? 14) 3rd/goal @ B’s 8. A’s FG attempt is blocked in the NZ by B75. The ball goes out of the field of play at B’s 13. Status? 15) On the last timed down of the 4th quarter, A1 scores a TD to reduce its deficit to one point. During A1’s run, B2 is flagged for grasping but not pulling A1’s facemask. During the successful kick try, B3 roughs the kicker. Enforcement? 16) Team B fouls on the last timed down of the 4th period. Team A has kicked a FG that ties the game. Enforcement? 17) OT: 4th/goal @ B’s 4. A kicks a field goal. During the play, B is guilty of roughing the kicker. The play (a) ties the game or (b) gives A the lead in the first series of the OT period. Enforcement? 18) On the 2nd series of the first OT period, A1’s TD ties the score. B2 is flagged for (a) grasping and turning A1’s facemask or (b) a late hit on A1 after the play. Enforcement?
