RENTAL DEPOSIT TO REQUEST UNIT DEPENDENT ON AVAILABILITY
You, the undersigned applicant, are submitting an application to rent the premises or comparable premises located at: ______(“the premises”) depending on its future availability for the requested term beginning the ______day of ______, 20 ____. A deposit in the amount of $ ______has been paid by you to reserve the right to negotiate a rental agreement with us on the said premises or comparable premises, if and only if the premises or comparable premises is available for the term requested. You acknowledge that at this time Wright/Hurd Properties, LLC is not certain if, or when the premises described above, or a comparable premises, will be available. Therefore, the payment of the deposit DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the premises described above or any other premises will be available for you to lease at the term you requested. If the premises or comparable premises do not become available by the ______day of ______, 20 ____, Wright/Hurd will fully reimburse your deposit. The return of the deposit will be the only recourse available to you against Wright/Hurd if the premises or comparable premises are not available for the requested term.
