Meeting Highlights: 1.) Still working on getting the Electrical Service installed at the Groomer Barn 2.) Chris Skinner Memorial Snowmobile Show to be held on 11/08, 2014 3.) Trails OPEN – December 17th, 2014 4.) Potential late payments 70% money from Parks

Meeting Minutes: 1.) The meeting was called to order by Vice President Jack Canfield at 7:30 pm at Sparky’s in Whitney Point.

2.)Secretary’s Report - October’s Meeting minutes were passed around for review a. A motion to accept was made by: Clint Searles b. Motion was seconded: Josh Braman c. Comments / Discussion: None. d. Vote: Motion was approved.

3.)Treasurer’s Report (General Fund, Building Fund) a. A motion to accept: Marty Brown b. 2nd to the motion: Rick Croft c. Comments / Discussion – none d. Vote – approved

Checking account: Present Balance – Tansfer from Savings: Income: (30% - Broome, Chenango, Tioga)

4.) NYSSA Report - Mike Blance a. Steve Lewis’s replacement has not been named b. Trail Grant Phases are behind since Steve Lewis left

5.) CCSF Report –Mike Blance October’s Meeting was small.

6.) Events Coordinator Report – Josh Bramman a. Chris Skinner - Antique Show, Swap Meet, Chili Cook- off to be held 11/08/2014 - Per Josh CNY Power sports would like to be involved with this activity. - Committee Meeting to be held on 11/06 at 7pm at the Whitney Point Dunkin’ Donuts. b. Josh proposed we hold the following events: - Poker Run - Club Ride - Christmas Party - Take a friend on a ride

7.) Old Business ( Action Items/Open Issues from last meeting

a. Building Committee Report/Presentation, Chairman: Marty Brown. - Conduit is in - Ready for NYSEG to install the electric meter.

b. Club Logo Project (Sue Marsh) – New Log is Done!(October)

c. Club Merchandise – Sue Marsh/Mike Blance – old Logo Old Logo Club Merchandise to be sold as Chris Skinner Memorial Snowmobile Show at discount to reduce stock.

g. BOD meeting Held – no meetings were held

h. Map Project – Dave Dishaw Summer. 2015

i. Covered Bridge Project – no update

j. Youth Safety Classes The Youth Safety class will be held on Saturday, 12/13/2014 at the Castle Creek Fire Station. This Class is sponsored by SSR Power sports. Please contact Roxy SSR (648-4172) or Judi Whittaker to register.

Another Youth Safety class will be held on Saturday, 1/10/2014 at the Castle Creek Fire Station. This Class is sponsored by the Ridge Riders Snowmobile Club. Contact information will be provided at the Club’s December meeting.

k. WEBPAGE/FACEBOOK – Jack Continues to add info as it becomes available

l. Snow Phone – Joel The Snow phone is operational and was updated in October.

8.) Grooming/Equipment: a. 1994 Alpine II and drag are ready to be sold. b. Club has purchased a 2006 Ranger from SSR

As of next season, there will be no reimbursement checks distributed until the hours associated with the work effort are reported. This is change is being made so that the hours worked by club members get put in over the course of the year and not just at the end of the year. This will spread the workload out over the year instead of everything having to be inputted at the last minute.

Trails issues: IN GENERAL, Make sure all work parties have the permission of the landowners.

New post order received from Green’s – price is much higher than in the past. Sign order has been delayed. Meeting next Wednesday to discuss and resolve.

a. Perry Marsh - 2/3rd of signs are up, but needs signs. - Some Dozer work needed. - Lisle Bridge Closed - Posts have been painted orange

b. Ned Sturdevant’s area( Trail Captain Replacement needed)

c. Mike Harrington – attended. Rick Croft did attend. Signing is 65% done; trees have been cut up and removed from trail.

d. Matt Lane, Chad Parks South West - need some culverts 2 x 20’ 6” diameter.

e. Eric Johnson- South East - Competed some brush hogging.

11.) 50/ 50 was held and winner got $28.

12.) Super Raffle Tickets are available.
