Western Branch Baseball

Western Branch Baseball Spring Break Trip Information April 9th – April 14th , 2017

1. We will play 4 games in Charleston, SC. We will play Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

2. Players will be transported from Western Branch High School to Charleston, SC via FunTours tour bus. FunTours bus services will transport all players/coaches throughout the week in Charleston, SC from hotel to game sites.

3. At all times players will be chaperoned by the WBHS Coaching Staff.

4. All players will attend team functions include meals as a team.

5. Each player will be provided $25 a day for meal money. Breakfast will be included at the hotel.

Travel Itinerary:  Sunday April 9 th , 2017: Depart WBHS parking lot 12:00 pm Methodist University- practice time 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Depart for Residence Inn in Charleston, SC 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm Arrive at Residence Inn in Charleston, SC 7:30 pm  Friday April 14 th , 2017: Depart Charleston, SC 9:00 am Arrive in Western Branch High School 4:00 pm Hotel Information: a. Players will be house 3 players per room, each players will have their own bed. b. Residence Inn 1116 Isle of Palms Connector Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 (843) 881-1599 Game Schedule: Monday 4/10/17 WB vs TBA Tuesday 4/11/17 WB vs TBA Wednesday 4/12/17 WB vs TBA Thursday 4/13/17 WB vs TBA Trip Expenses:  Hotel Room cost (3 players per room-suite style) $8,500.00  FunTours Bus services $6,045.00  Food per diem o $25 a day/$150 per week; based on 16 players $2,400.00 Total Expense $16,945.00 Total Expense per player $1060.00 Total Cost per player if fundraisers meet all goals $500.00
