CANCELATIONS Registration cancelations may be made until September 30, 2017, but a fee of $25 will be assessed. Any cancelation request after September 30th must be made in writing to the Conference Chair for consideration. Only serious and unforeseen situations will be considered for any refund after that date. Substitutions are allowed so long as notification is given in a timely manner. No refunds will be processed until after October 15, 2017.
