Important notice to coaches and gymnasts at University of Cumbria site

Mobile phones are not allowed in the gym area. Please refrain from bringing a mobile into gym and leave them at home. If for any reason you wish to bring one to gym please store it in your locker.

Please note no clothing, shoes or bags should be left around the gym area at anytime. This is becoming a safety hazard especially on a Saturday when the sports centre is very busy. We provide free lockers for the coaches and gymnasts to store their belongings. So please ensure you have a £1 coin at the beginning of every session which is returned after use. The University sports centre staff and the City of Lancaster Coaches are not responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings.

Drinks brought into the gym area have to be stored in a plastic bottle with a screw top or a sports flask with a non spill lid. Cans or cartons are not allowed in the gym area due to the amount of spillages we have experienced recently.

We have a new BLOG on the website! It is for gymnasts, trampolinists, parents, club officials and coaches to share information about the club's activities, and discuss topics relevant to the club...log on and have a look, post a comment or contact Marie, Zoe, Melissa, Claire, Jill or Eamon with suggestions for a new post.

The City of Lancaster Gymnastics and Trampoline Club Bingo night will be held at the Students Union bar on Tuesday 30th November. Doors open 7pm. Eyes down 7.30pm.This is a fantastic fund raising event for the club, so please come along and bring friends / family and support your club!! Please note on this day, the Junior and Senior squads will train together from 4.30 to 6.30 - you will need to collect your child from the gym at the end of the session at 6.30pm please.

Pre-school gymnastics sessions are delivered on a Wednesday afternoon from 1.30pm till 2.15pm at the University of Cumbria Sports Complex. Please contact Marie Gardner at [email protected] or on 07807009410 if you would like more details.
