Abstract This document is revised version of Contribution 21-15-0112-00-REVP that proposes revision of Table D.1 and Table L.1 in IEEE 802.21m merged document. This revision also contains the resolution of issue # 62 in DCN 21-15-0107-01-REVP.

Purpose To be part of 802.21m merged document. This document has been prepared to assist the IEEE 802.21 Working Group.
