Career Pathway: Students must successfully pass the following three courses in order Therapeutic Services: to sit for the End-of-Pathway Assessment: Medical Services  25.52100 Introduction to Healthcare Science  25.52200 Application of Therapeutic Services  25.52500 General Medicine Credentialing Exam: EKG Technician Certification (CET) NOTE: Candidates must take and successfully pass the examination no more than 12 months prior to graduation to earn a provisional certification. Upon submission of a high school diploma, full certification status will be granted. Students must complete and have documented 10 live EKG’s prior to registering for the CET exam. Complete details regarding provisional certification may be found in the candidate handbook on pages 6 and 7.

Exam Cost: $105.00 per student Duration of Exam: 1 hour and 50 minutes Number of 110 questions Questions: Exam Cut-Score: 390/500 (Scaled Score) Test Ordering To establish the high school location as a NHA Approved Testing Information: Site, please contact Ms. Lyndsey Hall at [email protected] or by telephone at 913-661-6525. An application will be sent to your test site coordinator. The completed application can be faxed to Ms. Hall at 913-661-6285.

Once the application process has been completed, a Healthcare Education Consultant will contact your test site coordinator to provide additional instructions regarding student registration and proctoring exams.
