Update on issues that I-team is  Meeting in Vernon with field tour to review retention planning and Peter Love dealing with. range issues (forage production). ACTION:Rick will send around photos of retention to OKTSASC members.  Road permit fee for maintenance. Need to figure out who will do the work if nobody wants to or uses the road.  Forest Health waiving of CP extention fees for post 2003. District will be recommending to RED that these fees get waived if licensee will defer harvest into MPB. GAR orders for UWR are out. Better communication will occur in future.  LUO for LRMP is up for public review. Considerations will be reviewed in January with licensees.  Chief forester is happy with retention levels. DOS will be assessing retention.  DFO has best management practices. Follow the practices and you will not be required to refer to DFO. ACTION: Peter to distribute to OKTSASC members.  Harry Jennings is working on allowing one licensee to sign FSP amendments for others in the same FSP.  New stocking standard guide due out soon (Brian Ramer).  MoFR needs more dialogue on Roberta Reader document before endorsing it.  New guidance on “measurable/verifyable” and “practicable” on PFIT website. Guidance on lakeshore mgmt zones coming. Admin guide update coming soon. Bulletin #2 to clarify 196 and 197 blocks to come out soon.  Culture/climate group is working on roles of MoFR and industry under an FSP/FRPA. Regional consistency will be endeavored by the I-Team.  Option to submit a transition FSP if a licensee does not have a FSP approved by Jan 1. FSP’s, issues etc. All Licensees to pick topics of concern for an open  Concern over late info supplied. MoFR will adjudicate based on discussion the best info at the time. Break down of aac Bernie What is the split between the various small tenures  AAC apportionment is broken down, but DOS does not have a apportionment by Kaplun/Peter and FN considering the volume that will come from copy of the disposition plan, may not be public yet, nor official. IFPA uplift and Love Pine stands.  Unofficial figures and target profiles are: BCTS, Bill 28 vol, 154K TSR 3 same profile as majors, IFPA 25K with higher Pl content, uplift, 107K with 90% affected and 50% Pl; FN Bill 28, 116K same profile as majors, IFPA and uplift 270K with 90% affected and 50% Pl. Timelines are as FN sign agreements, get license and have FSP. OKIB, Penticton can sign but have not yet for Bill 28 vol. Uplift vol will be under MPB agreements, do not need FRO, none signed yet but all 11 bands are eligible to sign. Can be 2 agreements but 1 license.  Woodlots and Comm Forests, no update on how that will be split.  Unallocated vol will divert back to the MoFR.  Competitive NRFLs will likely take the rest of the vol. (90% affected with 50% Pl with areas 4ha and greater non-Pl leading to be removed for future harvest.)  Need some help from licensees to identify areas, rather than open up the TSA to a gold rush for NRFLs. Areas that have been identified have been less vol than previously identified.  Disposition plan will be forwarded when it becomes available and public.
