CENTRAL 5K MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Purpose: To honor the memory of local residents of Central School District and to assist our

graduating students in their pursuit of their chosen career field. The 2008 Central

5K Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to the memory of KATELYN GRAHAM.

Criteria for Selection: The scholarship selection will be based on grade point average and ACT,

School and Community involvement, Central 5K participation in the 2007 race,

and short answer questions.

Application Procedures: Applications are available in the guidance office or on line at www.cusd4.org.

Award: A Scholarship Certificate will be awarded at the Scholarship Awards Night. Upon

proof of enrollment, a $1,000 check will be given with the name of the

college/university and the student’s name.

Due Date: Return the application to the guidance office by April 15.
