MILITARY LINGUIST Feb 2010 – Feb 2016 Utah National Guard--Draper, Utah  Managed personal living conditions and personal welfare for over 60 coworkers for 13 months  Directed all logistics and networked with key points of contact from other businesses for over 20 volunteer activities over a period of 6 months  Manged over 100 employees in a period of 6 months and oversaw their job responsibility fulfillment, job satisfaction, work safety, and productivity  Represent the United States as an ambassador and interpreter for various military and civilian dignitaries  Helped tutor and mentor other linguistics in Russian and Serbo-Croatian acquiring the languages

HELP DESK TECH Aug 2013 – Oct 2014 eBay--Draper, Utah  Developed computer programs to increase productivity and simplify the work process and increase success in critical metrics for fellow team mates  Solved ongoing issues with customer satisfaction by developing, testing, and sharing a new technique which significantly improved the metrics  Designed a computer program to help assist disable and disadvantaged team mates with work productivity  Piloted new programs from other departments which were not yet released to general workplace  Networked with different departments to push for better work programs for team mates  Diagnosed and solved customer issues with web services and mobile applications
