Has done various plant extraction procedures such as extractions using Soxhlet apparatus, oil extractions with Clevenger apparatus and other extraction procedures using EDC, methanol, etc. 3. Has done other molecular and microbiological works such as DNA Isolation, Gel electrophoresis, SDS PAGE, microbial culture streaking methods and media preparation.

1. Did major project on “FREE RADICAL SCAVENGING ACTIVITY AND PHYTOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISATION OF SELECTED VARITIES OF DRIED FRUITS” for a period of 6 months at PG level in 2011. 2. Did minor project on “BIOSYNTHESIS OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES USING Colleus aromaticus AND EVALUATION OF THEIR ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY” for a period of 3 months at PG level in 2011. 3. Did PG Diploma project on “THE PREPARATION OF CASE REPORT FORM FOR DIABETES MELLITUS” for a period of 6 months in 2011.

Operates MS Office efficiently as well as other soft wares required for basic office works. 4. Have taken stock readings, prepared bills and tenders as part of office requirements.

1. Was part of the school basketball team that secured 1st position in an open school championship held at Muscat in 2002. 2. Was member of the school chess club. 3. Was part of the school cricket, basketball, football, badminton house teams and have secured prizes in most of the events. 4. Have got various trophies in indoor games such as chess, caroms, etc and have also participated in district level tournaments. 5. Took part in various quiz and essay competitions. 6. Was the class representative during PG course. 7. Have coordinated tour programmes in UG and PG levels.
