Chapter members looking to join a chapter outside their state of residence are asked to contact the AANN National Office and request to join that chapter after they renew their National membership; payment for their chapter dues will be collected during the phone call Action: AANN Account Administrator to investigate whether text regarding what to do if your chapter is not showing in the list of available chapters has been added to the webpage where members select a chapter to join during the membership renewal process  Integration Questions  Chapters can request additional chapter membership lists for their chapter by contacting the AANN Account Administrator  Individual chapter needs assessment: Do chapters do this to decipher their members’ needs?  One chapter surveyed its members regarding their educational needs; to help with attendance, they supplied information about the educational meetings far in advance and attendance improved  Another chapter surveyed its members, and now successfully holds short meetings every other month and a conference every year  Another chapter had a strategic planning meeting, developed five goals accordingly, and then worked to accomplish those goals throughout the year
