LA MIRADA HIGH SCHOOL DANCE CONTRACT Sadie Hawkins, Saturday, 4/9/16 K1 Speed, 17221 Von Karman Ave, Irvine, CA 92614 7p.m. to 11p.m.

1. There are no “in and out” privileges. Once you exit the dance, you will not be readmitted. 2. All students are subject to search prior to entry and during the dance. 3. Students are expected to demonstrate acceptable behavior at all times. 4. Drugs/alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited. Students who are suspected of drug/alcohol use will be detained and parents will be contacted. 5. All rules in the student handbook will apply and involvement from outside agencies will occur as appropriate 6. Any dancing/behavior considered dangerous, aggressive or suggestive in any manner will not be allowed. 7. All students need to leave the dance immediately following the conclusion of the event. Students not leaving the dance immediately may be deemed ineligible to attend the next dance. 8. Students may not wear clothing that show the midriff, has plunging necklines, low cut backless dresses or sagging pants. 9. Food of any kind is not allowed. This shall include but is not limited to chewing gum and breath mints. 10. Students that are removed/denied entrance will not be granted a refund.

You must arrive no later than 8:00p.m., and cannot leave prior to 10:30p.m.

By signing below, my son/daughter has permission to attend the Sadie Hawkins Dance, 2016. We have discussed the above mentioned rules and both agree that he/she will abide by them.
