Appendix P – HUB Subcontracting Plan: The HUB Subcontracting plan outlined in Appendix P, shall be completed, signed and returned with the proposal. Include all subcontractors on the HUB Sub Plan, and whether they are a HUB firm or not. Complete the remainder of the forms in accordance with the Appendix P. Failure to do so will render the proposal incomplete and it will be rejected. Bid Package #2, posted separately to the ESBD, provides instructions to assist with finding Historically Underutilized Businesses on the State of Texas Central Master Bidders List (CMBL) to be used when preparing the HUB Subcontracting Plan. HUB subcontracting opportunities are probable in the following commodity class/item codes:

CLASS: 958 MANAGEMENT SERVICES 16 Business Management Services 77 Project Management Services 82* Records Management Services (Including Document Management Services which also includes Technology Integration)

CLASS: 961 MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES, NO. 1 (NOT OTHERWISE CLASSIFIED) 10 Business Plan Development Services 56 Program/Project Development and Management Services
