 Motion to table the extension vote until next week. Second.

VPJ – Megan Holland  Jr. Panhellenic had a bake sale at barn bash and it was a success.

VPE – Lacey Guillory  Working on booking a speaker in the spring.

 Mary Market Place for Acadiana Youth Shelter. Decorate Christ- mas Tree with sorority ornaments and the tree is auctioned off.

 Nov 21st from 3-8pm is the set up day. 1 delegate from each house set up and deliver.  Decorating party is Nov. 17th at 7pm at the Phi Mu house

o Social/Inter-Greek (Callie, Casie, Sloane, Sarah)

. $500 budget

. Friday November 22 at 1pm-3pm we will have Greeksgiving

 Gumbo, rolls, and coke products

 In sorority row parking lot in front of Tri Delta Lodge.

 Can drive

 Working on a t-shirt. Orders turned in next meeting.

Deans Announcement - New office Martin Hall Rm. 223 - Follow University policies while tailgating. - November 9th facilities office is looking at planting trees all over sorority row and each chapter will adopt a tree. 9am. Please bring as many girls as possible. - Basketball fan day- Greek basketball game, only men this year. - Nov. 6 is Greek night for the Louisiana Ice Gators o If you go, $1 of your ticket price will go to your chapter’s philanthropy. Tickets cost $10 per person. - Panhellenic Nominations are November 4th. - Panhellenic Elections are November 18th. - Panhellenic Transition is November 25th. - Greek Speaker is set for January 23rd. Location TBA. - March 10-14 is Greek Week - Greeklife.louisiana.edu to sign up for your event. - Final roster updates are due November 22nd - Please be working on excellence packets! - Greek Retreat is January 24th and 25th - Follow Panhellenic on social media - SOLA workshop Nov. 15th about motivating members. 6pm Moody 103. Max 2 represen- tatives from each organization.

Council ANNOUNCEMENTS - None

CHAPTER NEWS  November 16th from 10am- until end of game is the 1st Annual Tri-Sigma Chili Cook- off. o $5 to come eat. $50 for team for early sign-up and $75 to late sign up.

o In sorority row parking lot

 Sigma Lambda Gamma week- drag show tonight in Angelle Hall.

o Give back night at Café Habanna tomorrow night. 10% of meal goes to girls and boys club.

o Thursday night at the football game tailgating with the Alphas.

o Super Daq’s stroll off Friday
