Data queries are clear, non-trivial, non-redundant and allow 17 adequate time to respond. The sponsor’s proposed study budget is reasonable for the 18 work required. Payments are frequent (e.g., monthly) and timely, with a 19 process that is not burdensome. The sponsor has an appropriate level of concern for regulatory 20 compliance, being neither lax nor punctilious. The sponsor listens to site feedback and requests, and 21 accommodates them, when appropriate.
