 How did you come to write this book?  How long did it take to prepare?  What other books and major articles have you written or edited? For each book, please list the title and year of publication.  What do you see as the major themes of the book?  What are its distinctive features?  What are its outstanding selling points?  Can you please summaries the essence of your book in two or three lines?  For whom is your book written?
