Old/Unfinished Business:

Location of Intergroup Meeting – Tony C.  To cover the time we’ve used [this Bloomingdale] location to this date, Tony C. made a motion to donate $150 to First Asian Center (for Nov 12 and Dec 12) IG meetings to date. Tony C. made motion, Allen H. seconded. Motion passes.  3 options for Intergroup meetings starting in January, 2013 were presented & discussed: o The Bloomingdale location – on Mondays - $75 per meeting rate for 2013 o Oak Brook Community Church - $50 per meeting. They have a standing Monday night commitment, but would accommodate us on Tuesdays; we would have to change our night to Tuesdays if we choose this option o Elmhurst Saturday meeting location - $50 per meeting. This location has major setup and tear down involved, but we could keep a Monday night meeting there.  Peg conducted a show of hands for each of the three options: o Oak Brook Community Church location was selected by the group; the first Intergroup meeting there will be on January 15 (third Tuesday, for January, 2013 meeting only), then after January, it will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
