6. Were there sufficient opportunities for you to participate? Please explain.  At times there was not enough time for in depth discussion of a particular issue, etc.  Always; answering questions is very important to all participants  Yes (15)  Yes – participation was often encouraged and asked for.  Yes – good group activities and time for Q&A.  Yes – we were given many opportunities to participate.  Yes – the activities at the table and the sharing of state ideas are crucial.  Yes and no – there maybe could have been more time built in today for this.  Yes there were, especially with the group activity  The small groups were a good exercise because everyone was able to add input. I appreciate that questions were able to be asked at any time.  Yes, small roundtable exercises and full group participation  Yes, but…There was a great deal of information shared. The opportunity to have a discussion of any depth was limited for this reason.  Yes – presenters open to questions and comments. Numerous group interactions.  Yes, felt very welcome to comment or question.  Yes, very open to questions  Yes, would have appreciated having electronic or Braille version of the Bingo card  Yes, still need more time in day for discussion. Maybe more case studies.  Yes, given time constraints 7. Indicate one thing you would add/change about the Saturday Training Sesssion.  It would be helpful if one topic was dealt with in depth; example: provide a workshop on the CNA identifying emerging practcies, provide examples of CNA used across the country, use of CNA data, etc.  Sharing SRC concerns to look for options to make our SRC better.  Bingo WIOA needs some work. As a first time attendee, I was lost.  More interactive projects  More lighting in the room  N/A (3)  Add a workshop on SRC operations and relations w/ state agency; Kill the WIOA “game” it only seemed valuable to those who already know it, which isn’t many.  None  More emphasis on WIOA  Great mix of discussion/learning – nothing!  Start on time, more time for discussin during and after sections of the agenda.  Less reading from powerpoints  Add how state SRC’s can share “best practices”  Maybe provide a brief but comprehensive section to new reps to SRCs and more in depth options to those returning?  RespectAbility USA felt very like a political rally & request for advocacy. The data section was great but many of the questions were not answered.  Couldn’t see most powerpoint details – need better audio/visual system (did appreciate that the WIOA slides were printed out!)  Stay on track time wise so can cover everything!  Add more time in the presentation for discussion  Incorporate the WIOA changes, etc. into the Bingo game instead of after the game. Might flow better, the second half seemed very rushed. Allow more time for Maximizing the SRC Potential  None at this time  More time  to cover all the very important and relevant information. Thanks!  More presentations from organizations with a history of doing employment disability well or innovatively  A case study exercise for discussion 8. Indicate one thing you would keep about the Saturday Training Session.  Review of the CFR regarding the role and responsibility of the SRC; would love to have an annual update from RespectAbility.  I have learned so much more! WIOA as there is so much more on the horizon.  RespectAbility USA was excellent!  RepectAbility USA  Start, lunch and end times; great information!  Respectability presentation expanded and connected to the role (how to) of SRC.  Sharing concerns/issues states are encountering.  None  Small group discussions  Interactions with others  All!  Maximizing the SRC Potential  The games  RespectAbility Info  I thought the session on RespectAbility was fabulous  The maximizing SRC potential was great  I loved how interactive we were encouraged to be and thought it was a great idea to always have the microphone handy for attendee comments. The breaks, snacks & drinks were well-timed and appreciated.  Really would keep everything. Overall, this was fantastic! As a first time attendee this was absolutely informational and eye opening. Thank you!  WIOA Bingo was fun, please keep activity where your table can work together. It was very helpful to be at the table with people from other states.  Expand Maximizing Potential.  Great training!  Respectability printed power point  All  Enjoyed the bingo WIOA – keep a game. Fun and informative at the same time.  Enjoyed round tables to better interact. More presentations like Jennifers. Time to offer problems with solutions from other states. Learn lots of concrete information to take back.  The opportunities to talk and network with SRCs and other colleagues.  Tremendous resources all around, including RespectAbility  Really enjoyed the RespectAbility piece.

THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT!!!
