I. Welcome

II. Direction 1: Safe and Supportive Learning Environment a. Bullying Updates 1. Ms. Arellano presented an article entitled “Bullying Definition Changed” 2. Counseling lessons will focus on the difference between mean, rude, & bullying. b. Placement Review Committee (PRC) 1. Rose Mary Carreon shared names of PRC members: Lorena Yerena, Charlie Harris, Erica Gonzalez, and Mark Rodriguez (alternate). 2. Al Garcia explained Chapter 37 and recommended teachers communicate with parents and document interventions.

III. Direction 2: College and Career Readiness a. LMS Technology Update- Mrs. Ayala 1. Submit your professional development needs to Stacy Stallings and receive a reward. 2. District is looking into purchasing 1 of 4 programs: Canvas, Blackboard, Schoology and Edsby. Vote for one program and complete survey when evaluating programs.

IV. Direction 3: Highly Qualified, Effective Faculty and Staff a. SIT Training 1. Mrs. Salas provided training on SIT Roles and Responsibilities. 2. AVID Committee (4th grade teachers) provided PLC on AVID Weekly.

V. Direction 4: Home, School, Community Partnerships a. CNS Free and Reduced Meal Applications 1. Free dress on Wed., Aug. 30th for every student who returned application. 2. Teachers whose class returned100% may wear jeans for the week of Sept. 25-29. b. Campus Homepage

VI. Direction 5: Accountability for All a. SIT Budget 1. $25,584.25 has been spent for instructional resources from Title 1 General Supplies. 2. Mr. Garcia provided information on TEA accountability system and explained how our campus achieved 7 Distinction Designations (stars). 3. Mr. Garcia shared information on new RtI law, PEIMS coding, and atypical student interventions. 4. Use the following criteria to recommend for RtI: standardized test performance, grades, attendance, & teacher observation. 5. Super School lesson plans for Math and Reading only. Use the lesson plan template. b. T-TESS Goals 1. See new guidelines for T-TESS waivers. 2. Admin will set up appointments to review goals with teachers this week. c. Campus Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) 1. Mrs. Salas reviewed CNA. d. Attendance Procedures 1. Mrs. Gonzalez reviewed attendance procedures.

VIII. Open Forum 1. Mrs. Gonzalez will speak with cafeteria manager about breakfast shortages. 2. EPAC- Dr. Espinoza reviewed bond. Election Day is Nov. 7. Voter registration forms available in the office for community. 3. Six grade released before bell. 4. Hoodies are allowed but not worn over their head. 5. Black uniform pants are allowed but not if they are torn.
