PRESENT THE ELEVENTH ANNUAL ZOO TOWN OPEN

Missoula Disc Golf needs your help! Can you give $25, $100 or $500 today to support Missoula’s favorite outdoor pastime? For a more than decade now, the Garden City Flyers Disc Golf Club has been the faithful caretaker of the Missoula area’s well-loved disc golf (“folf”) courses. GCF has mobilized thousands of hours of volunteer labor and has raised thousands of dollars from folks and businesses like you to support Missoula’s favorite inexpensive, family-friendly way to get out on a hike and enjoy our valley’s natural beauty!

Our big annual fundraiser is the Zoo Town Open disc golf tournament, which will draw both regional disc golf enthusiasts and World Champions to the Garden City this June. We are aiming to raise $5,000 for erosion control projects at Blue Mountain and for tournament prizes. We are once again extremely excited to partner with the Educational Disc Golf Experience, a nationwide disc golf education charity, to support our efforts to promote disc golf as part of physical education and outdoor recreation classes. We are very honored to have this year’s event be a qualifying event for one of disc golf’s most prestigious events – The Maple Hill Open, which will ensure a strong field of top level players.

We’ll also be significantly ramping up our online and social media efforts, which will enable us to give better recognition than ever to our sponsors. Sponsors will also be prominently recognized at all tournament events and in promotional materials. We need your help to make this World Class event happen! (____) Silver Level Sponsorship - $100 cash or $150 value in merchandise – All the benefits of the Hole Sponsorship plus a player of your choice will be eligible for the early ‘elite’ registration window.

(____) Gold Level Sponsorship - $250+ cash or $400 value in merchandise – In addition to all the benefits of Silver Sponsorship, you’ll have the option to replace your name on all materials with your logo and you or your business will receive prominent recognition on the GCF website and Facebook page. You’ll also receive the Gold VIP package for the weekend.

(____) Platinum Level Sponsorship - $500+ cash or $750 value in merchandise – In addition to all the benefits of Gold Sponsorship, you’ll also receive FREE entry into the tournament. You’ll have the option to provide a banner to be displayed at both courses during the tournament and you’ll receive the Platinum VIP package for the weekend.

You or your business will be prominently recognized at tournament central, in player handouts, and on social media and other online promotional efforts. Higher level sponsors will receive greater publicity and recognition.

We also need donations for our raffle, tournament prizes and players’ packs. Can you chip in any in-kind donations? Thanks! We need prizes for amateur tournament participants, erosion control construction materials, freebies and discounts for competitors, spectators and volunteers, and fundraiser raffle prizes.
