Pete Isberg is Vice President of Government Relations for ADP, responsible for managing legislative and regulatory affairs, and negotiating improvements in employment tax reporting, wage reporting, and new hire reporting systems. He has over 29 years of experience in working with the IRS, SSA, and state revenue, workforce development, child support enforcement, and municipal tax authorities concerning employment tax administration, withholding and information reporting issues.

Pete also serves as President of the National Payroll Reporting Consortium, a non-profit trade association whose member companies provide payroll processing, employment tax filing and other payroll related services to over 1.4 million employers, representing over one- third of the private sector work force.

He is a former member of the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee (IRPAC), and is well-recognized by senior U.S. Treasury officials and Congressional tax-writing committees as a key authority on payroll and employment tax administration, frequently consulting with tax-writing staff on various proposals affecting payroll.

He has chaired or co-chaired various Government Affairs Task Forces for the American Payroll Association, such as the Payroll Card committee, the Automatic IRA committee and the Pennsylvania Act 32 (Municipal Income tax) committee.

Pete holds an MBA in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
