October 3, 2004: Oktoberfest at Franklin Hotel------Rome, NY We were certainly psyched to be returning to the Franklin Hotel for this annual event, as we always have such a great time. The Vescio Family (owners of Franklin Hotel) treat us great, and they treat their guests great, too! Talk about great food…..the Franklin Hotel has it, and always puts on a great spread for Oktoberfest.
