Michigan Educational Technology Standards Connection: 1. Basic Operations and Concepts a. Students demonstrate a sound understanding of the nature and operation of technology systems. 1. Students identify common uses of technology found in daily life.

Michigan Grade Level Content Expectations Connection: R.CM.03.01 Connect personal knowledge, experience and understanding of the world to themes and perspectives in text through oral and written responses.
