In order for an application to be considered by the DAF the on-line project form should be completed. This will avoid having to repeat details such as the mission statement, funding sources and aims and objectives of the project. It will also ensure that the project has been formally proposed by the church council and supported by the circuit meeting.

 the latest set of full accounts for the church/circuit together with the level of the reserve balances held (including, where appropriate, the balance in the Circuit Model Trust monies, how these funds are committed, and any bequests) and a copy of the reserves policy statement,
