Tomorrow Starts Here… The district uses the following assessment instruments for screening and identification pursuant to ORC 3324.01-07

Directions: In each box, list the instruments used to identify students in that category, the grade levels assessed, screening score and identification score used. For example: ABC Test of Skills, grades K - 2, (Screen =125, ID = 127).
