For example: ABC Test of Skills, grades K - 2, (Screen =125, ID = 127). </p><p>Superior Cognitive Ability Specific Academic Ability</p><p>Cognitive Ability Test (CoGat) Form 7, Grades 2, 3 and Weschler Individual Achievement Assessment, Grades 5, (Screen = 125, ID = 127) 2-12, (ID = 95th percentile) Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children, IV edition, Woodcock-Johnson III Test of Cognitive Abilities NU Grades Kdg-12 (ID = 127) Grades 2-12 Stanford-Binet Intelligence V Edition, Grades 2-12 (ID = Measure of Academic Progress MAP testing Grades 3- 127) 8</p><p>Creative Thinking Ability Visual & Performing Arts</p><p>Gifted and Talented Evaluation Scale (GATES) (Creative Gifted and Talented Evaluation Scale (GATES); Visual Thinking: Section IV, Items 21-30; Ages 7 – 18 ID 83 or or Performing Arts: Section IV, Items 41-50) Ages 7 – above 18 ID 83 or above</p><p>Gifted Rating Scales (GRS) Ages 7 - ID = 66 and Ohio Department of Education Rubric for Scoring Visual (Creativity Scale) 18 above Art/Music/Drama/Dance Performance</p>
