Florida Corporate Income Tax Voluntary Electronic Filing

You will be able to file the Florida Corporate Income/Franchise and Emergency Excise Tax Return (Form F-1120) electronically for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2007. Electronic filing of the F-1120 will be available through the IRS' Fed/State Modernized e-File program for corporate income tax. Additional information will be posted at www.myflorida.com/dor/eservices.

Electronic filing is currently available through our internet site for several other forms; specifically the Florida Corporate Short Form Income Tax Return (Form F-1120A); the Declaration/Installment of Florida Estimated Income/Franchise and Emergency Excise Tax (Form F-1120ES); and the Florida Tentative Income/Franchise and Emergency Excise Tax Return and Application for Extension of Time to File Return (Form F-7004). Filing tax returns electronically ensures quick, efficient, and accurate processing. The Department’s internet site will guide you through the filing process using an interactive wizard. Our internet applications are on a secure site and meet or exceed security standards.

You can enroll to file and pay electronically on the Department’s Internet site at www.myflorida.com/dor/eservices. The information you provide is used to create your e-Services account. Generally, after successful enrollment, your user information will be provided to you immediately. You will also receive an information package within 30 days.
