USAID Punjab Enabling Environment Project (PEEP) Vendors Pre - Qualification

Description:

The USAID-funded Punjab Enabling Environment Project (PEEP) is a five-year effort to improve the enabling environment for the agriculture sector in Punjab to promote private sector led growth, especially focusing on the horticulture, dairy and livestock sub-sectors. The project will help create a competitive policy environment in the three sub-sectors by building a strong business enabling and policy environment to entice private sector investment. PEEP will further work with key government and non-government sectors to improve the quality and quantity of produce in the domestic market and enhance competiveness internationally.

Chemonics International Inc., under the USAID funded Punjab Enabling Environment Project (herein referred to as PEEP) is requesting expressions of interest (EOI) from firms/companies specialized in different categories as mentioned below:

 Design and print houses for all types of printing including flex and giveaways  Advertising agencies and Media planners  Event management firms  Video and audio production and editing houses  Documentary makers  Regional language translators and Urdu copy writers  Media and Public Relation(PR) firms  Stall/booth fabrication firms  Infographics and animation designers  Social media campaign developers

Instructions for Submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Pre-qualification:

 Firms/companies must submit its EOIs not later than 1200 hours (noon) Pakistan Standard Time on or prior to January 07, 2015 to the PEEP at [email protected] All correspondence and/or inquiries regarding this EOI must be submitted in written form, referencing the EOI number to [email protected] No phone calls please.  Company submitting expression of interest must provide brief general introduction of their organization along with samples of their previous work, for example, CDs containing previously produced documentaries, TVCs, radio spots, etc.  Attach photocopies of all relevant credentials.

Evaluation Criteria:

All expression of interest for pre-qualification will be evaluated based on the criteria as mentioned below:

PEEP reserves the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time in the pre-qualification and/or solicitation process.  PEEP may considers a firm's qualifications and experience in the service area, and previous performance, when preparing a list of invitees. Thus, submitting a pre- qualification does not automatically guarantee a firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
