It is an opportunity to be guided in prayer by an experienced Prayer Guide over a one-week period. Those who take part commit “ A Lenten Journey” : Reflecting on different aspects of our faith, one hour each themselves to pray for 20 to 30 minutes each day for that week in their own home or a week for five weeks at St. Vincent de Paul Room, Castleisland, each Monday place of their choice and then to meet individually with their guide for another 30 minutes evening of Lent at 8.15pm. The opening session will be at St. Brendan’s Youth Leadership during the month of March. The aim of the programme is to promote Community Hall, Ballymacelligott, starting Sunday, 27th March. young people’s participation in parish life. What is required is that 2 adult leaders and 5 young people (aged between 15 and 18) take part in one of these workshops.
