Lynnwood Convention Center - Call for Artists

The Lynnwood Convention Center invites visual artists in Washington to exhibit in our beautiful, modern, facility.

As part of the Lynnwood Convention Center Public Art Program, you will be one of the “featured artists” at the Center’s Artist Reception. The Artist Reception features an opportunity to talk about your art while enjoying culinary delights designed by our Executive Chef Michael Felsenstein..

A panel drawn from the Convention Center and local arts professionals will select the final pieces. To apply, please read the terms & conditions and follow the guidelines below:

 By applying to be in this exhibit, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this form.

2. Up to 10 images (JPEG, min 500x500 pixels, max 2048x2048 pixels) Name JPEG files: lastname_01 (for 1st image), lastname_02 (for 2nd), etc. For example, jones_01, jones_02, jones_3.

 Artists must be willing to exhibit work for at least 6 months

 We are looking for original art works in all mediums that fit the following installation requirements:

REQUIREMENTS 2-D medium to large size framed works from 18”x18” to 72”x180” 3-D medium size low relief from 18”x18” to 72”x180” that can hang on a wall.

 This is a public space visited by people of many cultures and nationalities, and of all ages. We reserve the right to not exhibit work that we deem unsuitable. (For example, works that contain nudity, or inappropriate language.)

 Visitors interested in purchasing artwork, will be provided artist contact info. No commission is charged.

 We reserve the right to invite artists who do not apply, and the right to disqualify an artist through this application process.

 Artwork will need to be hand delivered. There is no storage at the Convention Center for packing materials. Art Exhibition

 Liability The Lynnwood Convention Center will provide insurance for the artwork during installation, exhibition, and take down. The Center will also provide insurance for the artwork during transport if done by Center’s agent. Art Exhibition
