Downloading or taking over a tender documentation, i. e. the Internet address where the tender documentation is available: Tender documentation can be downloaded or taken over from the Web Portal of the Public Procurement Office, Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia website (www.alims.gov.rs), by e-mail or in the Agency premises, upon the authorization for the insight or taking over, immediately after the announcement and placing a call, by the deadline defined for bids submission. Documentation is to be taken over free of charge.

Bids Submission Procedure and Deadline: Bids submission deadline is 40 days upon the call submission announcement in the ″Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia″ by 11 a.m. at the Receipt and Issuing Office of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia, Vojvode Stepe Street No. 458 on the June 9th. 2014. Bid shall be submitted sealed with the code ″Bid for OP – U number 3/2014 – public procurement of sample testing service formed by 4 shipments″ for the shipment No. ______- ″DO NOT OPEN″, with the attention to a contact person – Ms Svetlana Nikolic″.

Place, Time and Manner of Bids Opening: Bids shall be opened at the public opening in the premises of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia within 30 minutes upon the bid submission deadline expiry, at 11:30 a.m. on the June 9th. 2014.

Conditions under which the bidders representatives can participate in the bid opening procedure: Bidders representatives who would like to attend and participate in the bids opening procedure shall submit their authorization on the very opening day, in the written form, for the bidders authorized representatives who are to be present at the bids opening.

Deadline for Making a Decision: Decision shall be made within 5 days upon the Report on professional bids evaluation. Одлука ће бити донета у року до 5 дана од дана израде Извештаја о стручној оцени понуда.
