Section 4: Cap, Gown, Tassel and Senior Hood

The Class of 2012 will wear maroon caps and gowns with maroon and gold tassels and a gold hood with maroon embroidered school crest. The price of the cap, gown, tassel and hood package is $3 9.95. If you do not need a gown, the price of the cap, tassel and hood is $26.50. Hood only price is $15.95. Please indicate your order by filling in the bubble next to your choice in section 4. Height and weight information is required! For hood only, write in ‘hood only’ in section 4. If you are ordering a cap, gown, tassel and hood unit and no other products, your total is $49.00, w hich includes all shipping, handling and tax. Just bubble cap, gown, tassel unit in section 4. Deposit Please turn in your completed order form and deposit on Order Day. You may pay in full or make a deposit and pay the b alance in the Spring. The deposit for your order is based on the following information:  If your total order is less than $80, please pay in full.  If your order is over $80, please deposit at least $80. You may pay more down or pay in full if you wish. Payments  You may pay by cash, credit card or check/money order payable made to Jostens. You may total your order if you wish (your tax rate is 7.25%). We will give you a receipt for the deposit you pay on Order Day. *math errors made by you/order takers are subject to correction during the order scanning/entry process*  Order acknowledgements are mailed approximately 2weeks after orders are processed and will indicate the items you ordered and explain payment options. Please call us immediately if there is an error in spelling or quantity of items ordered.  Your balance due is payable in the Spring when your order is delivered at school.  Final payments on Delivery Day must be by cash or money order only. We cannot accept checks or credit cards on delivery day at school.  If you wish to make final payment by check, you may mail it in when you receive your statement. *(there is a $25 returned check fee)* Order Your Senior Ring You can order a class ring when you place your senior product order with no additional deposit.
