ZULULAND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY Hereby invites quotation for: Quotation no: ZDMQ 0015/01/2017

Zululand District Municipality would like to invite the interested supplier to submit quotation for ZDM 56km Ultra Marathon 19 March 2016 from Ulundi to Nongoma. Suppliers are required to submit quotation for the following:

Hiring of Toilets

14 x Standard mobile toilets (Nongoma Kwagqikazi TVET stadium,) with 4 rolls of tissue paper in each. (to be delivered on 18 March 2017- @ 18h00 and collected on 19 March 2017- Sunday @ 17h00) 6 x Standard mobile toilets for start venue-Ulundi 1 x Standard mobile toilet (Halfway from Ulundi to Nongoma) with 4 rolls of tissue paper in each. (to be delivered on 19 March 2017- @ 03h00 and collected on 19 March 2017- Sunday @ 15h00) 1 x VIP toilet (Male & Female) to be delivered with 4 rolls of tissue paper in each (to be delivered on 18 March 2017- @ 18h00 and collected on 19 March 2017- Sunday @ 17h00)

Please note that prospective suppliers are to submit an CERTIFIED COPY BY THE SAPS OF TAX CLEARANCE, BBBEE CERTIFICATE, DECLARATION FORMS AND CSD REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION with their quotation.

Duly completed quotation documents sealed in an envelope marked with the quotation number and the closing date are to posted into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date. Telegraphic, email, telefaxed or posted tender will not be accepted.

The Bid committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation, or to furnish any reason for the acceptance or rejection of a quotation.
