BWTA is happening very soon. Please volunteer early and often.

Reports are coming in for the Star. Many awards were given at Baronial Yule. It was a nice relaxing afternoon.

The baronial by-laws are now in effect. The Star will now be published quarterly. You can now find your job description via Kingdom Law!

Officer’s Reports: Seneschal's office - 2nd polling for $300 donation for St Tim's rental. This passed unanimously. $300 will be given to St. Tim's as a donation for using the site for business meetings.

Chatelaine- Nothing to report at this time.

Herald- Nothing to report. The Star is published- The next Star will be in March.

Webminister- still ministering to the site.

Exchequer- We are not broke!  $120 collected from last fighter practice.  Saldis has renewed her warrant but the exchequer office is open.  We need a deputy exchequer to learn the role. You do not need to be an accountant to fill this role.  2nd polling of the 2017 officer budget- $3275 was proposed for this year up from $3250 idue to expected tire replacement on the trailer and giving a budget for armor. This passed. None opposed.

Property Master- Ronan is still the Property Master, this will transition to Rose after healing and training.  Our gear will be housed in the warehouse still.  Trailer Load Thursday February 2nd for BWTA!

Armored- Fighter practice is still happening. Dyderich would really like to find a replacement.

Rapier- Master Adam is new rapier Marshall. No deaths yet, good job!

Archery- On Hiatus  We need a Marshall and a new site!!!

Equestrian - Marshall Michael is now kingdom Marshall.  Please contact Michael if you are interested in becoming an Equestrian Marshall.

Arts & Science - Breddelwynn would like to commend all making our barony a more beautiful place!

Costumers - We are having a workday Sat Jan 21st 9:30-4:30 at Brownsburg library. No paint, ink or glitter.

Dance - Dance is still happening 6:30-8:30 @ Garfield park.  Dance community is invited to grand pageant. We are looking for volunteers to help them.  We will need loaner garb and people to show them around.  Minimum of 5 new people expected.

Prize Czar- Grainne still has prizes. If you want prizes for your event let her know!

Youth and Family - Office still open.

Event Reporting - Yule -  Good site.  The format of just a pitch in worked fine.  Plenty of room for the kids to run around.  Changing tables available.  Please add this location to the site database. It is recommended we use that site for Yule again.

Better War - Wulfwen is selfishly hoarding her stomach bug but sent updates.  Thursday February 2nd is the trailer load and unload.  The Site of BWTA is available at 4pm the night before the event. Saturday we open at 6am.  Volunteers are needed!  Kitchen clean up still needs assistance during Better War.  Dancing after!

Grand pageant- I have a feast cook and a budget.  Budget is 700 to feed 80 people  Price will be $10 in advance, $12 at the gate.  Pricing means at $10 the event breaks even at 70 attendees, or 58 attendees at gate sales.  Deputy event steward needed.  First polling passed.  Lou will be working to cook. Menu proposal exists. o Feast o On Table o Focaccia o Herbed Butter o Cucumber Salad o First o Marinated Salmon o Cabbage/Carrots in Honey Cumin Sauce o Second o Standing Chicken Pie (Parthian Chicken) o Chickpeas in Spices o Roast Mushrooms o Dessert o Honey Nut Tart o (options available for those with allergies)

New business-  We have a new pregnancy champion!!! Congrats to Trace Lynn!

 Garfield park will start charging $1.00 to attend dance. We can offset this by doing a demo. It is suggested we hold a demo! Baronial Birthday or regional fighter fencing practice. They have a farm market on Sat mornings. This might be a good time for a demo.

 Helms are being created for donation to the barony. Padding will be created. 4 helms. Mistress Stephanie is making these.
