April 23, 2007 – The Austin Business Journal, in its annual Best Real Estate Awards, has recognized Locke Liddell & Sapp’s Affordable Housing Group as part of the development team for The Villas on Sixth, which received the prestigious Community Impact Award. This marks the third time in five years that Locke Liddell & Sapp has served as legal counsel for an affordable housing property receiving this acclaim.
