4-H Hall Use Agreement

Each time our 4-H club uses the 4-H Hall, we agree to take responsibility for the following items: • Stacking all tables and chairs • Cleaning all tables and chairs • Emptying all garbage cans and replacing the liners • Sweeping the floor • Turning off all lights in the building • Checking all restroom stalls • Returning all equipment to proper place • Checking all outer doors to the building, making sure they are closed and locked (including the hall doors, kitchen doors and the front door to the Ag Center Building)

It is NOT the responsibility of the Clermont County Ag Society or the Extension Office to clean up after your event.

The first time something is forgotten, unclean or left open, a letter will be sent reminding your club of what needs to be done each time. The second time something is forgotten, unclean or left open, your club/clinic/group will not be allowed to reserve the Kitchen or Hall for a period of one year.
